DividendTen's downloadable files are dated educational snapshots, not a live market-data service. Preserve the snapshot date when you reuse a file so readers do not mistake old dividend events or yields for current values.
Before using any row for a current financial decision, confirm it against the issuer, exchange, or an appropriately licensed market-data source. DividendTen intentionally leaves unavailable fields blank rather than estimating them.
The website's editorial presentation and the underlying market-data rights are separate questions. Reuse must respect the terms of the original data source or provider.
